At No More Pain we offer the possibility for personal training.
After a thorough assessment and goal setting we can design a training program that fits your needs, while at the same time preventing injuries and helping you deal with possible problems that you might have had in the past.
Personal training at No More Pain is an individually tailored training session, for beginners or for people that want to complement their training with a more diverse and structured exercise program supervised by one of our physios. A personal training session can consist of strength and conditioning training or it could be education and analysis of running technique (faulty running technique is usually the main reason for running related injuries)
Our physios will at the same time educate you so that you can later become independent and train on your own with regular progress check ups.
